Shipping:
Domestic orders shipped within the United States are shipped by ground transport. Shipping charges are based on the weight, method of delivery (ground, next day, etc.) and are added to the base cost of the order. International orders or special shipping requirements may be subject to additional shipping fees. All orders are processed the same day that they are received. In stock items generally ship within 24 hours after an order hasbeen processed.

Returns:
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. In the event that we ship the incorrect product to you, returns will also be accepted for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we do not allow returns for custom programmed cards.
